Michael Gilmore Jr Obituary

Michael B. Gilmore, Jr., was born January 11, 1970 in Augusta, Ga., a son of Michael Gilmore, Sr. and the late Martha Calloway Gilmore. He departed this earthly life on January 11, 2019.

He was a graduate of T.W. Josey High School in Augusta, Ga. Michael's entrepreneurial spirit led him to open two successful businesses, Sugar Hill Customs and Buckhead Window Tinting. If you knew Michael you knew that he was very much into sports, although he loved his basketball, he was really a diehard Atlanta Falcons fan! He was united to Tameeka S. Gilmore of Covington, Ga.

Other than his loving wife, those who will miss Him most are his son, Micah Tioshi Gilmore and daughter Tamia Christen Hill both of Covington, Ga., two brothers Larry (Bisa) Gilmore of Atlanta, Ga., and Eric (Jennifer) Gilmore of Augusta, Ga., two sisters Anitira Montril Gilmore and Arlicia Minerva Gilmore both of Augusta, Ga. He also leaves to mourn his passing a host of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Service will be ; Monday, January 28, 2019 at 10 am , Logan Funeral Home Chapel, 203 N. Bouknight Ferry Rd. in Saluda, SC. burial will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery, 120 Watkins Rd. Augusta, Ga. (Viewing for Family only)
