Charles Coleman a son of the late Leroy and Irene Coleman died on August 7, 2017 born in Saluda SC  attended Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. A Graduate from Riverside High School where he exceled in basketball, baseball, and played drums on the band.

Charles was employed at Saluda School District One, Brick Yard in Ninety Six SC., and Milliken Plant. In 2000 He moved to Philadelphia, Pa., where he was united and married Evangelyne Carroll., there he worked at Shoprite.

Charles was preceded in death other than his parents, one daughter Bridget Carroll-Sheard, two brothers, Sgt. Willie Lee Coleman and Jack Coleman, one sister Lorene Smith.

To cherish his memories are his wife Evangelyne, three children Deanna Lott of Irmo, SC., Gregory Coleman (Kennifer) of Charlotte, NC., and Charles Long (Constance) of Saluda, SC. twelve grandchildren, one great-grandchild, two brothers Leroy Coleman (Mary) of Washington, DC., Lawrence Coleman (Naomi) of Saluda, SC., three Sisters Virginia Vaughn, Irene Gantt and Marie Glover all of Saluda, SC.  friends, Tracie Rogers, Tyrone Stroman, Darryl hall, Johnnie Davis, Tyrone Leonard and Josh Rhodes.

Service was held on August 19, 2017 at 11:00 am, New Jerusalem Baptist Church, Philadelphia, Pa. Reverend Elvis Turner, Officiating
