Dorothy A Gaines

Dorothy A Gaines, a daughter of the late Charlie Gaines and Annie J. Green was called to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on December 9, 2019. A member Mt. Enon Baptist Church at a early age, She was a graduate of Riverside High School, employed at Knight, Ind, and Saluda  School District, "Dot" loved to be with her grand children.

"Dot Dot" as she was called by her grands was preceded in death other than her parents, one  daughter Cynthia Daniels, two grand sons Victor and Antonio Gaines, one brother Jack Culbreath.

She leaves to cherish her loving memories; one son Ricky Gaines, two daughters, Charlene Gaines, Tara (Rudy) Bletcher,all of Saluda, SC.,  one step daughter, Gloria Palmore, of Prosperity, SC. Grand children, Kontay (Brenda) Gaines, Ricky Smith, Montez Gaines, Montavis Gaines, Tiffany (Cordeiria) Stevens, Yalonda Gaines, Zauria Gaines, O.J. Daniels, two sisters, Barbra Gaines of Pa., and Betty (James) Adamson, of Columbia SC., one Aunt, Irene Green of Batesburg-Leesville, SC, a cousin Mary H. Wise of Saluda SC., a god son Albert Kinard. nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.

Service will be Sunday, December 15, 2019 at 2 pm, Mt. Enon Baptist Church, Reverend Ralph D. Byrd, Pastor

Logan Funeral Home and Chapel of Saluda, SC assisted the family.
