Ira Chapman Obituary

Mr. Ira Chapman was born June 26, 1933 in Saluda, SC a son of Ferman and Florence Butler Chapman. He departed this earthly life on Monday September 2, 2019 in Marshville, NC, (Union County) . Ira was a member of Lockhart Baptist Church at a early age, attended the public school in Saluda County, served in the United States Army, he worked in education as a supervisor.

Precious memories of Ira will be remembered by, one son ,Darrell Chapman of Saluda, three daughters, Loretta Chapman of Dana Point CA., Danetta Claybrook (Tarone) of Youngstown, OH.,Bernedette Chapman of Rancho Cucamonga, CA., grand children, great grands, nephews, nieces, brother, relatives and many friends.

Service will be Saturday September 14, 2019 at 3:pm at Logan Funeral Home Chapel in Saluda, SC.
