James Brunson Obituary

James Brunson "Doc" born in Saluda County on October 21, 1952 to the late Eli and Ethel Bletcher-Brunson entered into his Heavenly Home on July 16, 2021 at Aiken Regional Hospital in Aiken, SC., He attended the public School in Saluda County. James was united to Daisy Moore-Brunson of the home He loved to fish when his health permitted. "Doc" as we affectionately  called him worked in logging for most of his life.

Preceded in death are two brothers, Walter Brunson, Eli Brunson Jr., five sisters, Ethel Mae Scruggs, Rosa Mae Burton, Ida Mae West, Georgia Mae Clarke, and Rena Burt.

Left to cherish his precious memories are his wife, Daisy Mae Moore-Brunson of the home, four children James Brunson Jr. and Linda Kay Brunson both of Maryland, James Jeffery Moore of Lexington, SC., Gail Moore of the home., grandchildren, Jasmine Brunson, Jalisa  Brunson, Jayla Brunson all of Maryland, Dyasaundra I. Moore, Jaquavious T. Moore, Jamarion Moore, Cyntyia Moore, Jayceon Moore, Ja'liwa' Moore and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Service will be Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 2:pm Logan Funeral Home Chapel. Public viewing will be Tuesday, July 20, 2021 from 1:00pm to 7:00pm at  Logan Funeral Chapel.
