Joe D Rhinehart , 76 entered into heavenly rest on February 6, 2017 at his home. A son of the late Luther Gibson his mother Ida M. Rhinehart . A member of Pine Pleasant CME Church at an early age. Joe was united to Wanda Gallman Rinehart. He was employed with the Saluda Town CPW.

Those who will miss him the most, his wife Wanda of the home, sons, Chris Jennins, Timothy (Marissa) Rhinehart, Kanika (Josh) Davis, Terrance Rhinehart (Thenell) , Sisters, Sally Waters .
