Lannie B. Nicholson a daughter of the late John Buck and Jennie M. Abney-Jones made her transition into eternal life on October 31,2020 at her home
She was a member of Lockhart Baptist Church at a early age where she was a faithful member until her health failed. Lannie attended the public school in Saluda county, 'Lank' (as she was known by her Friends) was employed at Amick Farms until her retirement. Lank loved to fish and loved her family she also loved to work with her flowers.
Memories to be cherished is one daughter, Drucilla (Troy) Bloome of Lexington, SC. three grand children, Dreshaad LaJohn Nicholson, Jaylah Nyke Anderson both of Lexington SC.,and Desmond K. Glover of Columbia, SC., one great grand, Genesis LaJohn Nicholson of Freeport Ill., two brothers, Henry (Rose) Jones of Saluda, SC., and John L. Jones of Johnston, SC., five sisters in-law, Rosa M. Jones, Joyce Jones, Sallie Brown, Annie Mae Nicholson all of Saluda, SC., and Anna L. Zimmerman of Batesburg, SC., two brothers in-law Cameka Brown of Winter Garden, Fla., and Rudy Williams of Saluda, SC., two aunts Reatha Jones and Lannie Lindsay both of Saluda, SC., a special niece Belinda Jones of Saluda, SC., a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, five brothers preceded her in death, Albert, Johnny B. Willie J., James F., and Terry Jones four sisters Jessie M., and Ashley M. Jones, Elsie M. Williams and Mary Herman.
