He departed this life, Tuesday morning 3:25 am in Hospice House in Greenwood SC. He received his education in the public School of Saluda County SC & graduated at Riverside High School. He Join Lockhart Baptist Church at early age. He was married to the late Julia Mae Harris Ouzts & from this union a son was born. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Ulysses Thomas, Marvin L Ouzts, Bay Ouzts. He leaves to cherish his loving memories; one son, & one daughter-in-law Lonnie & Cathy A Ouzts, one granddaughter, Ebonicia Wells. two step granddaughters Kendra & Sharrian Smith. One step grandson Rickie Smith. Cousins, Rev Jackie Aiken & Diane Thomas, Nephew Mr Joe Ouzts, & eight great grandchildren.
