Margaret M Springs

Margaret M. Springs born on September 30, 1938, in Saluda, SC, a daughter of the late Washington (Ruby) Coleman Sr, and Carrie Lou Mobley also her late stepfather, Willie Morris Pace entered into her Heavenly Home on January 8, 2024, at the Saluda Nursing Center. A member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church at an early age where she song on the Senior Choir, a graduate of Riverside High School, class of 1956. a member of the WHAS, she loved fishing, cooking, singing a spending time with her family.

Other than her parents and husband James Springs she is preceded in death by brothers, Willie, Washington Jr., Billie Coleman, a sister Janice Pace Dozier and a daughter in-law Elaine Mobley, and two stepsons, Sandy and Johnny Springs.

Margaret leaves loving memories to be cherished by her children, 4 sons John Mobley (Barbara) of Columbia, SC, Stanley Mobley of Brooklyn, NY, James Mobley (Tamica) of Saluda, SC, Eddie Mobley (Kima) of Greenwood, SC, and an adopted son Melvin Etheredge of Greenwood, SC, 4 daughters, Apostle Sandra Edwards (Apostle Stinson) of Inman, SC, Margie M. Daniels, Beverly Byrd (Foster), and Margaret Ann Mobley (Wyllie) all of Saluda, SC, 35 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, 8 stepchildren and many step grandchildren, 3 brothers, James Pace (Susan) of Newberry, SC, Thomas Pace of Saluda, SC, Governor Frank Pace (Sara) of Saluda, SC, 3 sisters, Francis Carrker of Detroit, Michigan, Willie Pearl Black  (Warren) of Johnston, SC, and Pastor Sue Golston of Detroit, Michigan, 1 Aunt Janie Mae Bonham  whom she was reared in the home with, 2 sisters in-law Annie Bell Pope and Douschika Coleman, 4 brothers in-law, Clarence Springs Sr, (Nancy) of Lexington, SC, Charlie Springs, Paul Springs (Ruby), Danny Springs (Cheryl) all of Saluda, SC, nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and many friends.
