Masako Spratling born on January 25,1955 in Japan a daughter of the late Ronald and Tsuruko Bailey, She was united to the late Alvin Spratling Sr/ this union was blessed with three children ; Alvin (Tiffany) Spratling of Florida , Cartrina and Carolyn Spratling both of South Carolina a Mother in-law Carrie Spratling of South Carolina.
