Perrine Crouch Moon was born March 21, 1929 to the late Hillary and Katie Attaway Crouch. She departed this life on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family after a brief illness. A member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Graduate of Saluda Rosenwald School. Preceding her in death was her husband Joe D. Moon Sr., one son Joe Moon Jr., two grandsons Carlos Abney and Terry Young.

Perrine leaves to cherish her precious memories two sons, Larry (Carolyn) Etheredge, Kenneth (Robin) Moon. Five daughters, Jerdine Abney, Dora Etheredge, Josephine Young, Diane Lewis, and Jean Moon. fourteen grand-children, Twenty-three great-grands. One cousin Raised in home, Mary Ann Williams, two nieces raised in home, Katie Smith and Norma Jean Murphy, host of nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
