Robert Lee Coleman born in Saluda County, a son of the late Issac Coleman and Evelyn Rhinehart-Coleman entered into his Heavenly Home on, January 28,2022 at his home in Saluda County he was educated in the public school in Saluda County at an early age "RL" as he was called moved to White Plains NY where he worked for the City of New York where he retired, there "RL" met and was united to Shirley A. Coleman who preceded him in death, he then moved back to Saluda to spend time with his family and friend and became a member of Pine Pleasant CME Church. In addition to his parents and wife RL was preceded in death by five sisters Mary Whitted, Azilee Coleman, Earlene Moon, Bennie M. Lyles, Nellie C. Thomas, one brother Nathaniel Coleman.
"RL" leaves to cherish his love and memories one daughter, Roberta Harrell, of Greenville, SC, three grandsons, and three great grands, two brothers, Alphonso Coleman of White Plains, NY, and Artis McGraw Sr. of Saluda, SC, seven nephews James Smith, Robert Coleman, Richard Moon, Kelvin Whitted, Marquse Coleman, Dominque and Damion Moon, six nieces Lillie R. Matthews, Linda Kilqore, Dian Fuller, Tonia Morrison, Latisha Davis, Florence Coleman, one uncle Johnny Harp, four aunts Ida Mae McGraw, Bennie R. Harp, Lillie T. Rauch, Dorothy Patterson, one brother in-law Frankie Lyles a special cousin Wanda Rhinehart of Saluda a host of other relatives and friends.
Service will be Saturday February 5, 2022, 12:00 noon at Pine Pleasant CME Church Reverend Billy Thompson, Pastor - Public viewing will be Friday, February 4, 2022, from 1:30 to 6:00pm
