Ronny was born September 30, 1957 in Saluda SC to Thelma Stewart Hackett and the late Bob Hackett. At an early age he joined Young Mt. Zion Baptist Church where he was an active member and held various offices through the years. Through out his work career he worked for Greenwood Mills and drove commercially for Eagle Construction, Schnieder, Wilson Brothers, and Amick Farms. He enjoyed the outdoors especially fishing, gardening, and grilling. He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends and lending a helping hand around the community to anyone who needed it. Ronny entered into eternal rest on September 28, 2016 at Self Regional Hospital in Greenwood SC. The effects of Ronny's life will live on in the hearts and memories of his family and friends. Survivors include his mother, Thelma Stewart Hackett of the home, his daughter Felicia Hackett of Evans G.A, and a host of other relatives and loving friends.
