Willie Lewis Logan Obituary

Willie Lewis Logan, a son of the late Timothy and Louise Gilliam-Logan was born on December 19, 1949, in Laurens, SC and he departed this earthly home to be with his Savior Jesus Christ on October 29, 2022, he attended the public school in Laurens County, SC a graduate from Sanders High School, he was a man who loved his family, a hard worker in twenty years he only worked at two companies, Star Fiber and Martin-Color Fiber. Willie loved to joke around, jelly candy, peanut butter and fried chicken, fishing, watching TV, singing, talking about God, playing ball with his nephews. 


Willie was united to Johnnie Mae Richardson and was blessed with a daughter Alexis during his marriage he moved his membership to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Saluda, SC where he served faithfully until his declined Youth Advisor, Youth Choir and participated devotion service. Will was a member of Sons of Aide.


He was preceded in death other than his parents, a twin sister, Lillie Cunningham.


Willie leaves to cherish his loving memories, his wife Johnnie Mae Richardson-Logan and daughter Alexis Logan both of the home in Edgefield, SC sisters, Pearl Latimer of Laurens, SC, Linda (Bonnie) Borjona of Arizona, Annie (Bennie James) Gary of Bloomfield, CT, and a brother, James (Neill) Logan of Hartford, CT, aunt, Alice Logan of Greenwood, SC Goddaughters, Crystal Cheatham and Breah Spencer both of Greenwood, SC, Shaniya Morris of Easley, SC, a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.MY HEART, MY LOVE, MY FATHER.
